Tiger Airways launches Davao to Singapore flights
Looks like Mindanaoans will soon have an easier way to fly to Singapore! A budget airline or low cost carrier has launched a direct flight from Davao City to Singapore. Tiger Airways has launched its Davao – Singapore route and the flights will start on November 1, 2011.
To introduce the Davao to Singapore, Singapore to Davao Tiger Airways flight, the airline has even started a promo. For a one-way fare of only Php 1,599.00++ which you need to purchase from August 11 to 17, 2011, you can fly from November 1, 2011 to June 12, 2012.
The Tiger Airways Davao – Singapore flights will run three times a week.
Tiger Airways said in its press release that the company recognizes Davao City as a melting pot of the Philippines.
Davao City is in the southern part of the Philippines and has been named the “Most Livable City.”
The Davao-Singapore Tiger Airways flights will be every Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.
Cheap flights from Philippines to South Korea and Japan

Philippine budget airline Cebu Pacific announces 50 percent sale
Budget airline in the Philippines Cebu Pacific Air is slashing their airplane fares up to 50% OFF on all their domestic and international destinations. Cebu Pacific Airlines announced that this Cebu Pacific promo will start today, July 10, 2010 and will run until July 12, 2010, for travel from September 1 to October 31, 2010.
Cebu Pacific Airlines flies to a total of 33 domestic and 16 international destinations, using the youngest aircraft fleet in the Philippines.
Destinations on sale include flights to Brunei, Beijing, Osaka, Seoul (Incheon), Busan, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Taipei, Macau, Hong Kong, Singapore, Jakarta, Ho Chi Minh, Kota Kinabalu, Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok.
Philippine airline Cebu Pacific also flies to fabulous destinations like Boracay (Caticlan), Cauayan, Tuguegarao, Laoag, Coron (Busuanga), Dumaguete, Cebu, Surigao and Pagadian, or grab flights from Cebu to Dipolog, Bacolod, Iloilo and Butuan.
